We work with writers of all skill levels and experience to support them in continuing to develop their craft. We have courses for complete beginners and also for those that are more advanced, covering a range of areas, styles and specific disciplines, including:
- Prose: Novels & Short Stories
- Scriptwriting
- Screenwriting: Film & TV
- Writing of Audio
- Adaptations.
As well as running group courses in these areas, we also work with some writer's on a one-to-one basis, giving an in-depth personalised service to help them develop their writing in whatever discipline they are working in.

Creative Writing for Young People
Creative Jelly's Creative Writing for Young People courses aim to encourage, develop and nurture a love for writing in young people of all ages. We teach the skills, techniques and creativity to really help develop writing, and specifically offer courses in the following areas:
- Prose and Short Stories
- Scriptwriting
- Screenwriting
- Writing for Audio.
Sessions can be taken in a number of specific writing areas, largely mirroring our adult courses but specifically tailored for younger writers. They cater for a range of experience and skill, from complete beginners to the more advanced young writer who is already comfortable with the craft.
We also work with young people who are looking to undertake larger writing projects, even writing their own novels.
Publishing partnership
Our Partnership with junoberry books
We are very lucky that we are partnered with the new publishers Junoberry Books. This gives the writers we work with the opportunity to have their work professionally published and recorded in audio.
A number of our courses culminate in the opportunity to have work published which is an excellent step for any writer.
