What we do: Education

We work with schools and organisations to enhance and support their creativity and work within the Arts. 

We conduct external reviews, looking at Performing Arts departments and faculties, and helping to evaluate current offer and ways to improve. We then can work alongside schools to support effective implementation. 

We work with all levels and stages of educators - from supporting classroom teachers and ECTs, to more experienced teachers, heads of department and faculty, and senior leaders. We specialise in working to develop practice and leadership in the performing arts.

Through years of experience with developing approaches to behaviour, we work with schools on positive behavioural approaches, helping to adjust policy and train staff in effective behaviour management.

We also work with school leaders on ensuring that creativity and the arts are effectively in practice in their schools, working to develop and enhance their offer and promote the importance of the arts.
